Has been working in the Law Firm since 2015. Earlier, he gained experience working in two renowned legal advisors’ firms. Besides being a lawyer he also has economic education. Participated in many trainings, including Microeconomics of Competitiveness course organized in cooperation with Harvard Business School. In 2019 he completed his legal traineeship with honours.

His everyday work focuses on administrative law, broadly defined real estate law and EU funding. Has extensive experience in securing transactions with the use of promissory notes.

He advises in particular on investment projects which are strongly opposed by local government authorities and local communities. Author of many due diligence check on real estates which included environment, planning and construction issues.

Specialist and speaker at many conferences on agricultural land transactions. His articles and comments have been published by “Rzeczpospolita” daily economic and legal newspaper and “Gazeta Wyborcza” daily newspaper.

Speaks English fluently.

After work he is a fan of Real Madryt and strategic games.

Completed projects:

  •  Analysed and coordinated a project to take over a competitor on the breeding market,
  • Co-author of a plan to divide assets of the value exceeding 100 million zloties,
  • Prepared a comprehensive legal memorandum on treating funds in the amount of 70 million zloties as state aid,
  • Handled many investment projects from the breeding sector,
  • Handled several dozen cases before both courts of law and administrative courts, including a court dispute for EU funds in the amount of 7.5 million zloties.
