Has extensive experience in litigation which she gained by representing both individuals and businesses in court proceedings. Specializes in long-term lease of vehicles which includes full services related to feet management, short- and medium-term lease as well as property insurance and recourse claims. Her practice includes also labour law. Has experience in handling and coordinating due diligence checks on enterprises before planned transactions (succession and reorganization transformations). She also advises companies on current issues, including preparation and verification of commercial agreements.
